DUBLIN—Services for Carl David Mulloy, 73, of Dublin and Comanche, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28, in the Harrell Memorial Chapel in Dublin with Brother Gerald Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in the Dublin Liveoak Cemetery.

Carl was born in Dublin to his parents, Guy Handley Mulloy and Nellie Marie (Lusk) Mulloy. He served in the National Guard for five years. 

He was married to Paula (Jones) Mulloy until her death in  2009. He later married Pat and she preceded him in death in 2016. 

He had retired from Notrons/Saint-Gobain after 33 years. He was an active member of the Highland Avenue Congregational Methodist Church. He was a dedicated coach, coaching youth baseball and soccer for 20 plus years.

He was preceded in death by his sister Glenda Joiner.

He is survived by his children, David Mulloy of Dublin, Gary Mulloy of Burlison and Patricia Mulloy-Vargas of Dublin; his grandchildren, Jamey, Ashley, Cody, Grant, Madison, Jaxon, Hannah, Grayci, Emma and Aiden; and his brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Linda Mulloy of Houston.

Memorials can be made to the Highland Avenue Congregational Methodist Church in Dublin.
