John was born in Fort Worth, Texas and was the son of Randolph Macon “Randy” and Vada Alice Hammonds Ingle.

John was raised in the White Lake Hills Neighborhood in East Fort Worth and graduated from Eastern Hills High School in 1978. John worked primarily in the foodservice industry. John worked in the bakery at Walmart for several years including some time there in which he was given the position of Assistant Manager. John managed Jose's Mexican Restaurant in Stephenville for several years which allowed him to be around the public and his love of cooking. John also worked at some other jobs where he showed his skill in the field of carpentry and making things.

John's last job was working in the kitchen, part time, for First Baptist Church Stephenville. John definitely had a passion for cooking and he loved to be in the kitchen showing his culinary talent and his love of feeding people.

John and his Dad loved spending time together and their mutual admiration for Texas Longhorn Cattle allowed them to do so. John always loved being around people, loved sports, and he was a huge fan of Stephenville High School athletics. The main thing that defined John during the last five to six years of his life was his love for Jesus Christ, his Lord and his Saviour and the Redeemer of his soul.

John is preceded in death by his Mother in 1996 and his Father in 2010.

John leaves behind numerous friends who are left with many fond memories and will miss him.
