LITHIA, FLORIDA—A service for Deniese “Goose” Chandler Fischbach, 65, of Brandon, Florida, will be held from 10:30-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 19, followed by a celebration of life from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Palmetto Club in Fishhawk located at 17004 Dorman Rd., Lithia, Florida, 33547.
Deniese was born in Lipan, Texas to the late D.C. and Pat “Mimi” Chandler.
In the summer of 1971, Deniese went to work at Circle F Dude Ranch Camp in Lake Wales, Florida. There, she met the love of her life and best friend, Dale Smith Fischbach. Dale and Deniese were blessed to have celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary on June 3.
Deniese graduated from Stephenville High School, attended Tarleton State University and received her master’s degree from the University of South Florida. As an educator and guidance counselor, she had a true passion for helping students accomplish their goals.
Deniese was a talented cook, artist and seamstress. She had a multitude of interests and hobbies, including piano, interior design, golf, and many outdoor activities. Deniese loved adventure. She and Dale enjoyed traveling the world together and experiencing new cultures, but always looked forward to coming home to their family.
Dale and Deniese's son, Reed Fischbach, and wife Kimberly, their children Dylan and Wyatt; and their daughter Keely Sanstead, and husband Jake, were blessed to have experienced Deniese's unconditional love. Memories of her Texas sized hugs and hellos will always warm our hearts.
Deniese is survived by her brother, Rusty (Janice) Chandler, and sister-in-law, Marcia Chandler, and nieces and nephews, Shawna, Brady, Paige, and Tyler.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Chandler.
