When we think of New Year's celebrations, the next question that comes to mind usually includes our resolutions. What are yours? Can I achieve mine? And so on. During this week, millions of people around the world will be formulating their New Year's resolutions.
Experts say the goal to achieving your resolutions is to make sure the goal is within reach, worthwhile and important to the goal setter. A new act takes 14 days to become a habit to most people, and an old habit takes between 21-30 days to break.
