The Dublin Independent School District Board of Trustees will meet tonight at 7 p.m. in the Dublin High School Library.

Superintendent Roy Neff said he is pleased to report 100 percent of Dublin teachers met “highly qualified” standards as pertains to the No Child Left Behind Act for the 2006-07 school year. The district has received the highest state rating for the Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas, he said.

Most other items on the agenda are housekeeping issues.

The board will:

€ Review a report on the Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System

€ Review district goals, board priorities and superintendent priority performance goals

€ Discuss continuing education for board members

€ Review the joint appointment by Dublin ISD and City of Dublin for director to Erath County Appraisal District Board of Directors for 2008-09

€ Review nominations to the Erath County Appraisal Review Board for 2008

€ Conduct a public hearing on 2007 School FIRST

€ Review district and campus improvement plans for the 2007-08 school year, and

€ Review competitive bids/proposals for HVAC maintenance service including parts and supplies.
