The Erath County Commissioners will meet in regular court session at 9 a.m. today at the courthouse.
Many items on the agenda are normal housekeeping issues such as budget line item transfers and amendments, but also up for consideration and perhaps approval is Todd Vinyard as the new county agent.
Tabled from the last meeting but back on the agenda is consideration for new fees for funeral home services. According to Erath County Judge Tab Thompson those businesses have had rising costs associated with the services they provide.
The county clerk will also seek permission to purchase four computers to use as public view stations from record preservation funds.
Commissioners will also:
€ Consider and/or approve bids for truck hauling
€ Consider request from Precinct 2 to sell brush cutter on GovDeals, and
€ Consider and/or approve requests for cell phones.
