The Dublin City Council will meet at 7 p.m. tonight to consider a resolution to disapprove action of the Board of Directors of the Erath County Appraisal District. The council will become the fourth taxing entity in one week to do so.
The Middle Trinity Groundwater Conservation District, the Erath County commissioners, and Dublin ISD have already met, discussed, and adopted similar resolutions disapproving of the action take by the board of directors concerning the severance package for Chief Appraiser Jerry Lee.
Other items on the agenda include:
• Consideration to purchase laptops and lapel microphones for the city council
• Hear report regarding cost difference on lease agreement with John Deere
• Approve the official newspaper for the city of Dublin.
