The Stephenville Independent School District Board of Trustees will consider raising the district mileage reimbursement rate from 40.5 cents per mile to 48.5 cents per mile in tonight's meeting set to begin at 6:30 p.m. at the SISD administration building.

Superintendent Dr. Darrell Floyd said the district tries to stay consistent with the state mileage rate and it has recently been raised from 44.5 cents to 48.5 cents.

Floyd said each principal in the district is expected to give a report on campus improvement plans and the board may move forward on approving district goals for the 2007-08 school year.

Stephenville High School Principal Travis Stilwell will report on career and technology courses, graduation TAKS requirements, and an eight period per day schedule for his campus next year.
