Gary - Burgess

Loretta Burgess of Duffau and James Gary of Stephenville were united in marriage in a formal, double-ring ceremony on Sept. 22, 2007, in Belton with Judge Ivey officiating.

The bride is the daughter of James Blackwell of Dallas and the late Winona Blackwell of Tolar. She is a graduate of Lake Worth High School.

The groom is the son of the late Richard and Gwenda Gary of Stephenville. He is a graduate of Stephenville High School.

The bride was given away by her son, Leslie Burgess, Jr. Her gown was a white halter dress by Bridal Warehouse in Lincoln, Neb. The bridal bouquet was made up of red roses.

The maid of honor was Gayelynn Adams of Springtown, daughter r of the bride. She was the other bridesmaids wore red dresses and carried bouquets of red roses.

The flower girl was Jewel West of Springtown, granddaughter of the bride. The ring bearers were Julius Krynsky of Lincoln, Neb., grandson of groom; and Brayden Burgess of Lake Worth, grandson of bride.

The groomsmen were Robert Krynsky of Lincoln, Neb., son-in-law of the groom; Daylan Saalfeld of Lincoln, Neb., friend of the groom; John West of Springtown, friend of the bride; and Leslie Burgess Jr. of Lake Worth, son of the bride.

A reception was held after the ceremony at Summers Mill in Belton.

After a honeymoon in Port Aransas, the couple will reside in Central.
