The pilot in a Sunday afternoon plane crash in Hamilton County walked away from the wreckage with no injuries, according to Trooper Bradley Couch with the Texas Department of Public Safety. The pilot was traveling from Oklahoma to his home in Austin when he reportedly became lost and attempted to land on a landing strip on private property to ask for directions. Upon his descent, he clipped the top of some oak trees and nose-dived to the ground, Couch said.
