Tarleton State University will close at noon tomorrow, Friday, March 30, ahead of the Easter holiday weekend, and all classes are suspended for the day.

Several essential services and areas within the university’s Division of Student Affairs will remain operational and/or limit operations for the holiday weekend. Areas with modified operating hours are:

Dining Services

Dining Hall: Will maintain normal operating hours throughout the weekend. Food Court (Thompson Student Center): Will be closed Friday, March 30, through Sunday, April 1; Will resume normal business hours on Monday. Study Grounds Café (Dick Smith Library): Will be closed Friday, March 30, through Sunday, April 1; Will resume normal business hours on Monday. Health & Counseling Services

Wellness Center: Will close at noon on Friday, March 30, and will resume normal operating hours on Monday. Residential Facilities

Will remain open and staffed throughout the weekend. Barry B. Thompson Student Center

Main Building: Will close at 6 p.m. Friday, March 30; Will maintain normal operating hours on Saturday, March 31; Will delay opening until 1 p.m. on Sunday, April 1. Campus Bookstore: Will close at noon on Friday, March 30, and will resume normal operating hours on Monday. Campus Recreation Facility: Will maintain normal operating hours on Friday, March 30; Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, March, 31; Open 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, April 1. University Police
