The Business and Professional Women’s organization is once again making dozens of Valentine’s Day cookies they will sell to raise money for the Bea Marin Memorial Scholarship.

“The annual ‘love bites’ cookie sale benefits the Bea Marin Memorial Scholarship which encourages the next generation of business women to accomplish extraordinary things,” said Kimberly Dunnahoo, president of BPW. “The money from this cookie sale will allow us to give scholarships to women attending Tarleton.”

The group has held the fundraiser for years, and last year sold more than 300 dozen cookies.

The heart-shaped sugar cookies are made from scratch, beautifully decorated and packaged in a hand-decorated gift box.

They are $10 for 1/2 dozen and $15 for a dozen and can be ordered online at crosstimbersbpw.org or by calling 254-977-1174.

Orders must be made by Feb. 9 and can be picked up at the Mistletoe Hut at the Stephenville Soccer Fields from 8 a.m. - noon on Feb. 14.
