An Erath County grand jury indicted five individuals Tuesday including a man recently arrested for drug possession.
Terrence Germil Jordan, 20, was indicted for manufacture or delivery of a substance, a second degree felony, and possession of marijuana (50 pounds or less), a third degree felony.
Jordan was arrested during a drug raid by the Erath County Special Crimes Unit at his residence on Charlotte Street on Jan. 3.
“We had intel that these people were armed, so we used a tactical team to enter the residence,” Lt. Don Miller said in a previous interview.
Once inside police found marijuana, cocaine, Xanax and other prescription medications.
Police also found three pistols and a rifle, two of which were reportedly stolen.
Jordan is being held at the Erath County Jail on a $160,000 bond.
Others indicted include:
• Bryce Alan Harold, 29, possession of a substance, a state jail felony.
• Andrea Lavonne Holt, 35, theft against an elderly person ($30,000 or more), second degree felony, and forgery, a state jail felony.
