Mark your calendar for noon on Oct. 4 for a long-time Stephenville tradition.

Troy and Cheryl Moore of the Stephenville Cattle Company will once again host the Round-Up for Rehab Special Auction sale benefiting the West Texas Rehabilitation Center. 

The event helps the Rehab Center provide patient services to children and adults regardless of their financial circumstance.

A gun raffle drawing will be part of this year’s event.  Guns included in the raffle are a Green Camo, Winchester Semi-Automatic XP 12 gauge and a Pink Camo, Remington 870 Express 20 gauge. 

Tickets are currently being sold at the Stephenville Cattle Company for $5 each or 3 for $10. 

The drawing will take place at the Round-Up sale and you do not have to be present to win.

In addition to livestock and ag related items, numerous donors have given some amazing items including an original oil painting by Debbie Lincoln, metal artwork, a windmill made of spikes and a whimsical roadrunner, furniture, jewelry, afghans, arts & crafts and gift certificates.

The Rehab’s Chuckwagon that will be serving up some great food - breakfast burritos starting at 6:45 a.m. and a lunch of cornbread, beans and campfire peach cobbler.
