An Erath County grand jury indicted eight individuals, including two men charged with first degree felonies.

Jacob Kyle Hendricks, 25, was indicted for manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group one — four grams or more, but less than 200 grams — a first degree felony.

Josue Martinez, 22, was indicted on the same charge of manufacture or delivery of a substance in penalty group one — four grams or more, but less than 200 grams — also a first degree felony.

Others indicted include:

Chase Ean Barrett, 28, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Andrew James Dunlap, 31, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

James Harold Green, III, 47, for driving while intoxicated, third or more; a third degree felony.

Joe Lee Henderson, 22, for possession of a substance in penalty group one — four grams or more, but less than 200 grams; a second degree felony.

Sherry Illene Thomas, 48, for possession of a substance in penalty group one, less than one gram; a state jail felony.

Ezequiel Torres-Landeros, 28, for driving while intoxicated, third or more; a third degree felony.
