Princess is a 10-month-old female pitbull mix up for adoption at the Erath County Humane Society - and she is eager to learn, according to Executive Director Diane McCoy.

“She’s very sweet, eager to learn, good with other dogs and is kennel trained,” McCoy said.

Princess made a trip to the vet Tuesday to get spayed and she has all her current vaccines.

“She’s a great size to take with you everywhere. She loved riding in the car,” McCoy said. “She needs some leash training but seems so willing to do what you ask. She’s a great age for training.”

To find out more about Princess and other pets up for adoption at the humane society visit during hours of operation: Monday-Friday 1-5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-12 p.m.
