It’s St. Patrick’s Day and there are plenty of ways to celebrate. Make it a good one, and TGIF!
1. St. Patty’s at Grumps
Get your green beer and a big, juicy hamburger when Grumps hosts a St. Patty’s celebration from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. today at the restaurant. Not only will Grump’s be serving up green beer, but green milkshakes, malts, floats and green meat patties.
2. St. Patrick’s Day at Twisted J
If you’re a fan of pool, corn hole and barbecue then head over to Twisted J from noon-11 p.m. today to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Bar T BBQ food truck will be open and drink specials will be offered all day, including green Jell-O shots, Shamrock Shots and more.
3. National Quilting Day
Come out for some quilting demonstrations and refreshments when the Town ’N Country Quilt Guild hosts a National Quilting Day event from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at Deb’s Flying Needle, 1495 W. 4. St. Patrick’s Night/Back the Blue at 281 Speedway
Continue your St. Patrick’s Day celebration at 281 Speedway and sport your green attire for a general discount. Events begin at 4 p.m. Saturday featuring Pit, Stands and Show. The event will be in conjunction with the speedway’s Back the Blue Night due to rain last weekend. 281 Speedway in partnership with Life Magazine, will donate $1 of each admission fee to a Back the Blue family. 5. The Garms Family Concert
Enjoy some Southern Gospel, bluegrass and more at The Garms Family Concert from 7-8:30 p.m. Saturday at Faith Lutheran Church. The Garms family travels around the country ministering to fellow Christians sharing the Gospel through their harmonies and solid instrumentation.
