If all goes as planned, the Purple Goat, Stephenville’s newest, unique eatery will open for business on April 23, according to owner VW Stephens.
Stephens and his wife Cynthia own The Agave and City Limits.
The Purple Goat, located on the same property, is a 7,500 square foot restaurant that will boast a 3,000 square foot patio with large fire pits, televisions, more than 40 kinds of craft beer, wine, spirits, Texas coffee and an eclectic menu.
“Construction is coming along nicely and we are excited to open our doors,” Stephens said. “This is going to be a very unique place. I think it’s something the community is really going to appreciate.”
The Purple Goat will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to midnight.
“It’s going to be a big party when we open,” Stephens said. “It’s going to be great!”
