Watermelon salsa

Summer is coming to an end, but there is still time to enjoy this amazing salsa!

4 cups diced, seedless watermelon

1 large tomato, seeded and diced

1/4 cup diced red onion

1 jalapeno, seeded and minced

3 TBSP. extra-virgin olive oil

3 TBSP. fresh lime juice

2 TBSP. chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 tsp. garlic salt

In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
