Salsa party dip
This makes the perfect appetizer for any event or gathering.
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. mild salsa
3/4 c. yellow pepper, chopped
3/4 c. red pepper, chopped
3/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. tomato, chopped
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream; blend well. Add salsa and stir well. Spread mixture in a 9x13 baking pan. Layer with vegetables, bacon and cheese. Do not stir. Cover and chill until ready to serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
