Three men arrested for fighting outside a local restaurant earlier this month were among 23 individuals indicted by an Erath County grand jury Wednesday.

Manuel Vasquez, 28, Roberto Vasquez, 22, and Rolando Vicente Vasquez, 25, were indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a second-degree felony.

District Attorney John Terrill said the three men fought in the kitchen and in the parking lot of China King Buffet. The men are brothers and were off-duty employees of the restaurant. If convicted, they face two to 20 years in jail and up to a $10,000 fine.

Others indicted Wednesday include:

• Paul Edward Acosta, 39, engaging in organized criminal activity, a first-degree felony.

• John Charles Alexander, Jr., 32, assault with bodily injury with previous conviction, a third-degree felony.

• Ramiro Avelar, 28, engaging in organized criminal activity, a first-degree felony.

• Latierros Untraye Bates, 39, evading arrest (enhanced), a second-degree felony, and possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), habitual.

• Justin Gordon Davidson, 21, engaging in organized criminal activity, a first-degree felony.

• Thomas Dougherty, three counts of possession of child pornography, third-degree felonies.

• Rodger Glen Dwiggins, 43, possession of marijuana (five pounds or less but more than four ounces), a state jail felony.

• Rodger Glen Dwiggins Jr., 20, possession of marijuana (five pounds or less but more than four ounces), a state jail felony.

• William Leon Fenoglio, 52, securities fraud (aggregate), a second-degree felony.

• Lorenzo Fuentes Jr., 30, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony.

• Jeffrey Allen Hollman, 27, engaging in organized criminal activity, a first-degree felony.

• Carlton Rosheadeon Horton, 27, two counts of delivery of marijuana (over 1/4 ounce but less than five pounds), a state jail felony.

• Byron Chase Hyles, 18, theft ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000) a state jail felony.

• Wendell Dale McMillian, 44, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third-degree felony.

• Carey Lynn Moore, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony.

• Kimberly Deborah O’Dea, 57, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony.

• Aaron Lee Shelton, 17, theft ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000), a state jail felony.

• Scott Mark Spencer, 52, possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 (less than one gram), a state jail felony.

• Jeremy Don Ware, 25, criminal attempt, a state jail felony.

• Justin Everett White, 24, unauthorized use of a vehicle, a state jail felony.
