• There will be a fall festival from 2-6 p.m. at the downtown square and plaza in Stephenville. Vendor booth spaces are available for a minimal fee. Vendor booths and free activities for kids will be mixed together this year to generate shopping and activities around the downtown area. Electricity is available upon request. • Good Tree Retirement will host a Trick or Treat festival at 4 p.m. There will be food, music and games for the kids. The public is invited to attend. For more information, call 965-9897.

• The Erath County Bar Association is hosting the third annual estate planning seminar from 9 a.m.-noon on the second floor of the Erath County Courthouse. The free event will give the public an opportunity to ask questions about wills, trusts, estate planning and probate. Refreshments will be provided.
