Ron Mullins, president and CEO of First Financial Bank, has announced the promotions of Cody Stone and Trent Tidwell to senior vice president. Stone is a lender in Glen Rose and Tidwell is a loan officer in Stephenville.

Stone began his banking career in Brownwood where he graduated magna cum laude from Howard Payne University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He joined First Financial Bank in December 2008.
He received his master's degree in business administration from Tarleton State University in 2008 and graduated from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in 2012. He is currently enrolled in the Texas Bankers Association Management Development Program.
Tidwell began his banking career with other financial institutions in Dallas and Stephenville prior to joining First Financial Bankshares, Inc., the parent company of First Financial Stephenville, as a loan review analyst in 2009. He then served as a vice president and loan officer in the Sweetwater region before joining the Stephenville region. Tidwell holds a Bachelor's of Science degree and a Masters of Business Administration from Tarleton where he was named Distinguished Student and Collegiate All-American Scholar. He is also a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University. Tidwell is a member of the Stephenville Optimist Club and serves on the board of the Cross Timber’s Fine Arts Council.
