It was almost two months ago when a Toyota Four-Runner full of teenagers smashed through the home of Justin Ballard and Lisa Srader.

The SUV was traveling north on State Highway 219 into Dublin when it missed the curve, left the roadway and entered the yard and house on the property on Liberty Street just after 3 a.m. Sept. 30. When the dust settled, the homeowners were shocked to find their son trapped underneath the vehicle while the teenagers had all escaped the SUV and fled the scene.

On Monday, Investigator Chris Warnert with Dublin Police Department said a felony warrant has been issued for Valeria Frausto, a 19-year-old Stephenville resident, who police believe was driving the SUV.

Chief Lannie Lee said they planned to charge Frausto with intoxication assault. Lee said she could also be charged with leaving the scene of an accident.

"We are fairly certain she (Frausto) was drunk, and we know she was driving the vehicle," Lee said in a previous interview.

Warnert said Frausto's attorney said his client would be willing to turn herself into authorities once the warrant was issued.

Janita Nadin Eumana, 17, was arrested in the case just hours after the accident occurred. She was later released on bond.
