The alleged driver of an SUV full of teenagers that crashed through a Dublin home turned herself into authorities Monday after a warrant for her arrest was issued.

Valeria Frausto, 19, was charged with criminal mischief, a third-degree felony, and was released from Erath County Jail after posting a $20,000 bond.

The SUV was traveling north on State Highway 219 into Dublin when it missed the curve, left the roadway and entered the yard and house on the property on Liberty Street just after 3 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 30. When the dust settled, the homeowners were shocked to find their son trapped underneath the vehicle while the teenagers had all escaped the SUV and fled the scene.

"We are fairly certain she (Frausto) was drunk, and we know she was driving the vehicle," Lee said in a previous interview.

Investigator Chris Warnert said Dublin police were glad to have finally made the arrest. This is the second arrest in the accident.

Janita Nadin Eumana, 17, was arrested in the case just hours after the accident occurred. She was later released on bond.
