Jury selection is underway in the 266th Judicial District Court for a man accused of exposing himself to young girls.
The trial of Joseph Lee Garner, who is being represented by Stephenville attorney Blake Thompson, is expected to last at least three days, according to District Attorney Alan Nash.
Garner, a registered sex offender, is charged with indecency with a child by exposure.
Local law enforcement officials began investigating Garner when a mother reported his suspicious activities in a rural neighborhood on County Road 351.
He is being held in the Erath County Jail on a $400,000 bond.
