Looking for something fun to do this weekend without leaving town? The Empire-Tribune has a few ideas.

1 - Spirits of Erath Cemetery Walk

History comes alive as stories are told by "spirits" of past Erath County residents at this annual event. This year's tour stops all have a connection to a street in Stephenville. Join the Friends of the Dick Smith Library and Friends of the Stephenville Public Library at 2 p.m. Sunday at the West End Memorial Cemetery. Cost is $5.

2 - 47th Annual Arts, Crafts and Gift Show

Come out and enjoy a couple of days of browsing through vendor booths at the Stephenville City Park, near the Rec. Hall to get your fall in full swing. The show, sponsored by SPARD and the Stephenville Zonta Club, will open Friday from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

3 - 3rd Annual Tarleton Rodeo Hall of Fame Inauguration, Dinner and Auction

Get your seats for the annual TSU Rodeo Hall of Fame Dinner at 7 p.m. Saturday at City Hall at City Limits. Tickets are $50 per couple and can be purchased from Tarleton Rodeo or Pino West. Visit Tarleton Rodeo's website at www.tarleton.edu/rodeo for more information.
