An Erath County grand jury has indicted 13 individuals including a man accused of sexually assaulting a six-year-old little girl.

Ricky Don Schronk, 54, was arrested in June and indicted for aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony.

Schronk turned himself into authorities after a complaint was made and a warrant for his arrest was issued.

He is being held at Erath County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

Others indicted include:

Amanda Kay Drake, 31, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

Patty Jean Foux, 37, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

David Longoria Gonzales, 31, possession of a substance in penalty group 1 (enhanced), a first degree felony.

Pete Gonzales Jr., 36, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a second degree felony.

Laurence Jackson Harding, 51, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony.

Justin Michael Lioce, 22, assault/family violence, a third degree felony.

Zane Joseph Mader, 21, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.

Robert Nash Mendez, Jr., 32, assault with bodily injury (against a family member), a third degree felony.

Dirk Edward Murdock, 57, driving while intoxicated (third or more offense), a third degree felony.

Landon Dale Salyer, 22, theft ($1,500 or more but less than $20,000), a state jail felony.

Mitchell Bryant Tharp, 22, possession of marijuana, a state jail felony.

Justin Michael Tummillo, 30, possession of a substance in penalty group 1, a state jail felony.
