Stephenville and Dublin school districts have your children's summer meal tickets.
Beginning Monday, June 4, Stephenville ISD invites all children, regardless of residence or family income, to breakfast and lunch at no cost.
Meals will be served Monday-Friday through Friday, June 22. Breakfast will be served from 7:30-8 a.m. and lunch will be available 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
Mona Little, SISD director of child nutrition said the summer feeding program ensures children 18 younger continue to get nutritious meals even after schools close for summer break.
She also said last year's program welcomed a large number of children and hopes this year's program will be equally successful.
Children must be accompanied by a parent or other adult and cannot be left at the school unattended. Adults will not be served but parents are encouraged to bring a meal of their own and eat with their children.
The program will be held in the Hook Elementary cafeteria.
The Dublin program will be held weekdays Monday, June 4-Friday, June 29 for children 18 and younger.
Breakfast will be served 7-8:15 a.m. and lunch will be available 12-12:30 p.m. at the Dublin Intermediate campus.
